If you want to talk about "perverse", take a look at the clergy's rate of sex crimes against children. Not only is it far higher than other professions, but many religious organizations have covered up the crimes and protected the guilty.

Which world is it where atheists and the non-religious are causing all of the problems in the world? Not this one.

We have a â??higher powerâ?ť, and itâ??s not the AA â??spiritualâ?ť version - itâ??s our brain, and must be exercised on a regular basis. If you donâ??t use it, you lose it. If you seek soothing tales of a heavenly paradise, through a non-existent savior, youâ??ve already lost the fight for intelligence and have entered a religious decadency of the mind.

Good day, sir.
Howdy BA,

To claim that Christians are currently burning witches at the stake and conducting inquisitions, torturing heretics..is all false..Christianity has reformed it's self of those ways and is now a positive force in the world. My little sister, went to several foreign countries,as a missionary-student and promoted literacy and science, she's on her way to a masters degree in teaching and the Spanish language, there are many Christian universitys, that are teaching at the cutting edge of science and knowledge..not leading a parade of human stupidity,as you claim. There have been studies done, that clearly show that a religious person, has to reason and reconcile, the differences between the expectations of their Faith and the rest of the world,at a higher level of intellectual reasoning, than those who are not religious..to claim that religious folks "think less" and have "stopped thinking",is false and patently wrong.

Atheists are responsible for more deaths than all of the world's religions, combined.

It is a historical fact, that Jesus lived..He is not non-existant,as you claim..the path to Heaven,is narrow and twisting, difficult to find and even more difficult to stay on..it takes a wise person to do such, and wisdom is not evolved by stupidity..but rather,by recognizing stupidity and correcting it. If religious folks have "stopped thinking" and their minds have become "decadent",why is it,that we have so many universities that have contributed so much to science and the humanities ?

I find that it must be you-that has a decadent mind-set,why else would you write such a vile and perverse piece ? Why would you offer to put it out in public-knowing that it's perverse and hateful ? O'Reilly's point was,was that y'all believe it's okay to bash Christianity, both in yer circles and the MSM and for democratic presidential candidates..clearly-it ain't okay to do such. That's alright-y'all go ahead and bash folks of faith, all ya want-we'll mobilize again and vote another repub into the White House..and you'll be left with egg on yer face.

Have a good one ...
