though judeo-christians are a majority in this country, they enjoy painting themselves as a persecuted minority. as such, they feel that they deserve the same protections as any true minority. this gives them the right to spew forth their hatred while being protected from being ridiculed in return. it's a neat little bit of deceit that has served them well.
