3rd reply I posted her blog and her side of the events that happened. Trying to find the original article since torog wants to hide it on us.

So you're pretty much saying that all Christians are judgemental and talk shit about people who don't beleive? Have you met every Christian in the world? Are you seriously trying to say that since the majority of the country is Christian, then it's ok to bash them? You make me sick. Look, just because you ran into a few stupid Christians doesn't mean they are all like that. You're judging a group of people based on either sterotypes or two idiots you met of that group. That's not very "accepting-liberal" of you. If you were really accepting, then you would accept that not every one agrees with you, and that some people, such as yourself, are just fucking stupid.

Religion is not about sex..it's about believing in a higher power.

So you want to "deconstruct",all the bad idea's ? And you think that amoral relativists are the ones who should decide which ideas are bad and which are good ? There's only one way to git into Heaven, and that's by Jesus Christ. Go ahead and run around offending religious folks all ya want-it'll piss em off and we'll vote out the party of the God-less,yet again.

What good, can come from a "filthy piece" about the virgin birth ? That you would write such a thing, makes me wonder if yer gonna evolve to using violence instead of words, against Christianity. It also makes me think that you have some kind of problems with women, like disrespect and chauvinistic behaviour. If someone asks you to post that crap and you do-you'll be confirming everything I have said about amoral relativists and atheists and secular progressives. I find that you wrote such a thing,to be perverse and indicative of a more serious mental problem.

    Have a good one ...
The people with "mental problems" are the ones that persecuted women, executed people accused of witchcraft, tortured and killed heretics, conducted inquisitions, supported and participated in genocide and tyranny, fought against literacy and science, and generally lead the parade of human stupidity. They are still at it.

If you want to talk about "perverse", take a look at the clergy's rate of sex crimes against children. Not only is it far higher than other professions, but many religious organizations have covered up the crimes and protected the guilty.

Which world is it where atheists and the non-religious are causing all of the problems in the world? Not this one.

We have a â??higher powerâ?, and itâ??s not the AA â??spiritualâ? version - itâ??s our brain, and must be exercised on a regular basis. If you donâ??t use it, you lose it. If you seek soothing tales of a heavenly paradise, through a non-existent savior, youâ??ve already lost the fight for intelligence and have entered a religious decadency of the mind.

    Good day, sir.

    sorry,
in my haste to answer i find myself guilty of the same generalizations i despise in others. of course not all christians are judgmental, bigoted fools. a more proper wording would have been "the machinery behind the christian agenda". in personal life i have met some caring and even handed christians and i even count some of them among my dearest friends. my argument is with the political creatures who cloak themselves in holy robes before interfering in worldly affairs. i'm at war with the powerful, not their constituency who honestly live by the philosophies of peace and forgiveness.

however; if those believers help enable these corrupt christian leaders or unfairly judge and persecute those with whom they disagree, they too make themselves targets. those who rush to judge in their headlong flight to righteousness should expect to be judged in return and, if they wish to survive the slings and arrows of their enemies, grow a thicker skin.

    by the way -
though i am an atheist, i could not really be considered a liberal. i find the left wing nut-jobs to be as repulsive as the right wing kooks. i am more your typical anarchist scum, striving every day to expose the inequities inherent in the dogma so dear to the hearts of the ignorant. :hippy:

ok, so there were stupid religous people at one point, but that doesn't mean everyone who is christian is evil. no one said christians were perfect. if you've ever read the bible, which i doubt you have, you would realize that it says "do unto others as you would want others to do unto you," "love thy neighbor as you would love yourself," "thou shalt not kill," "thou shalt not steal," "honor thy father and thy mother," and several others basic morals that people, even non-religious ones, live by. and by the way, did you know that jewish people have suffered more discrimination than any other group of people, and yet the only difference between them and christians is that they don't beleive in jesus? did that thought eve register in your puny mind? and how can you suggest that people who love jesus are evil? do you even know what jesus did? it seems to me that you don't, so allow me to explain: he died for our sins, he was crucified and killed just you could say that and still be forgiven. JESUS DIED SO WE COULD BE FORGIVEN. and did you know that the first british settlers that came to america came because their psychotic catholic queen was prosecuting christians? did you ever think about that, dickhead? did you know that washington, lincoln, franklin, MLK, Susan B. Anthony, and several other american heroes were all christian? did you know that the majority of american laws were passed because the bible preaches them? you're fucking stupid. i hate people like you. and just because the churches aren't run in the best fashion or by the best people does not mean that the religion as a whole is evil. damn, idiots like you piss me off.
and just because someone is christian doesn't mean they don't beleive in science. i just want to know where the fuck everyone got the idea that there was once a particle floating in space that didn't exist, and for no reason it decided to blow up, and one planet decided to be a big ball of gas, one planet decided to have rings, one planet decided to have oxygen and life on it, it's just fucking ridiculous. and i know there isn't any concrete evidence of God making everything, either, but that's where FAITH comes in. you can't see air or gravity, but you know it's there, right? if the world had no religion, morals would most likely be non-existant, and this world would overall be in fucking chaos if people couldn't accept jesus and become happier. you don't have to be religious, but please don't tell me i'm evil just because i love the man who died for all of our sins. that's all i ask.

If god ever shows up i'll ask him which of the religions is the "only" correct one...i dont expect that he'll post here but if he does,im sure he'll say none of the religions are authorized to speak on his behalf.religion is for weak minded followers...If we spend as much effort proving god's existance as we do fighting over who knows him best...we'd all have scientific evidence on which to base our FACTS. make believe is for children.

When the Muslim community complains about an inappropriate cartoon drawing what does the Christian right like Bill O Reilly do? Call them cry baby's and to get over it. But when it happens to his religion its a big NO-NO!

And to the Christan right let me just say, Congratulations on Ted Haggard being NOT gay in under 2 weeks! :s3:
