They have their place and they have their purpose...like in your lamp.

Yes, they will grow a weed, but so will a regular light bulb. And if you get some good ones, you dont need many...3 or 4 at the most.

Point is, why bother growing weed while sacrificing the most important part of the entire process....LIGHT.

And for you know it alls, WARM WHITE carries Kelvins in the 2000-3000 range.

Cool whites carry Kelvins at 5500+. Get your facts straight or stop buying those cheap American Lighting pieces of shit lights. Don't think youre gonna teach me about lights.

You grow more weed per plant. 10X more weed with proper lighting.

Show me some pics like these of 25 day plants with your Wal Mart bulbs. YOU CANNOT. The smaller plants on the left are day 10....and the ones on the right, larger ones, are day 25. They will grow thick and bushy at 1/2" per day starting on days 18-21.

These were from seeds in 25 days with TRUE 5500K CFLS. The smaller bulbs are 65 Watts and the longer ones are 125 Watts.
