go to torrentz.com or ww.isohunt.com and search for what you want to download. Then you pick which tracker you want to download, with seeds meaning how many full copies are available for upload vs how many people are downloading it. You download the tracker and the program takes over.

yeah they arent safe at all, you'll be getting letters in the mail on what exaclty you downloaded and probably a nice warning on how they will sue your ass in the future. stick to p2p programs DC++ is safer slow but safe.

If you install peerguardian2, you have nothing to worry about. Paramount can kiss my ass

    Have you?

I've been using torrents for at least a couple of years now. Nothing but about 50 or 60 albums on my computer. No notices of what I downloaded.

    lol, thats bull,

ive been using torrents for getting movies for about 3 years now, no problems.
Asureus is the best client IMO.

its pretty safe, as long as you have good antivirus and spyware.
ive never heard of anyone getting letters, and pretty much everyone i know uses torrents.

i'm not scared to use torrents i do it all the time, but i still use them as a last resort.. just because of all the hassel involved... i'd rather just pop open a p2p program like ARES, hit a search and start downloading... no sorting through loads of torrents to find one that's seeded and isn't being overly downloaded and all that crap..

when i can't find what i want on p2p i go to torrents...
