I had a cold but it sounds like you have the flu that has stricken so many of my students.
If you are in the first 48 hours of your cold, try Airborne- it really works, I used it a few months ago and held off a cold. This past cold I was too busy to get to the store for some, but I am stocked up now.
But the flu, ew, there isn't much you can do except stay hydrated- it is very important if you have diarrhea or vomiting, because if you get dehydrated,
it can have serious repercussions. I hope you feel better soon!!!!
