Curry is beeyooteeeful!
I make some sort of chicken/potato/carrot stuff that I saw some Indian woman cooking on the International Channel one night. Wait, I think they call it AZN TV now. Anyway, it's made with the green curry paste. It is so good, I get obsessed with it, and don't eat anything but that for 3 or 4 days in a row. And I make my own ghee, and naan, and poori.
