yah its like if they catch you distributing it basically. but from what i hear that she got intent to sell. but they were tiny and she hasn't sold shit to anybody. but on the site if there's no "renumeration" and its under like 5 grams, 3 small plants probably were, than it's considered possession. than how can they decide she is going to sell it? i don't understand u.s. laws haha. can we at least fight that?
