Haha so i get drunk with some friends they gotta leave my gf is passed out,(im 17 btw) so im like nana(my grandma i live with) i want to go somewehre, whats 24 hours? and shes like well bars but u cant get in, blah blah call some bowling place they were closing, so we go to this lil tavern bar thing like no less then 5 minutes away, i go in no carded nothing, i got a corona and a screwdriver, and we smoked a jay in the car, one great night, first time "in" a bar

Sounds like a good time! But bars aren't open 24 hrs a day. They have to close otherwise the alcoholics would never leave and drink themselves into oblivion.

The first time I got in a bar I was 16. It was great too.

but over here you only need to be 18

I couldn't get into a nightclub until I was legal age (18). It was because at the clubs, they have people checking for ID's at the door, so without one, you weren't getting in.

Pubs are easier to get into though. They don't check for ID at the door, and if you look of age, there's a good chance they'll serve you.

I used have a buddy when I was 18 who was only 17, so what he did is he went off the washroom while I ordered a jug of beer and 2 glasses. They'd bring the beer over, he'd come back, and viola! He'd start drinking.

18 finally turned jan 10th can't wait till i go to the bar... i just gotta get some money lol cuz i got plenty of peple to go with and get in n shit but congrats
