I have vortex and I love them but as you said if the elicent comes with a speed control for the same price then why not?

I think they are about the same in noise and in CFM so its value that is the deciding factor don't you think?
Zandor Reviewed by Zandor on . Vortex or Elicent? Hey, i am undecided on whether i want the 6" Vortex or Elicent. I've heard good things about both of them.. Do the Elicents have a speed controller built in when you buy them? cause i know that with the Vortex fans you need to buy one seperately. Any experiences with either brand that you'd like to share would be helpful, i know there has been other posts about fans but i dont usually drop $200 for a fan so i just wanna make sure i get the best bang 4 my buck.
