Bob's good about deleting the popularity threads that periodically show up. We all do that. But this one raised the topic of cliques and then has consistently done a good job of shying away from that direction and instead encouraging the anti-clique mentality. Some of us have spoken about members we may know better than others, but I don't see this as popularity-motivated or delete- or close-worthy on its current trajectory. If that changes, or another more eager-to-delete mod comes along later, it may go down. But it doesn't seem to merit closure or deletion right now. Just my thoughts, and I gather Skink and Plant must agree because they've not closed it, either.

I agree with that, but my though is, if a few mods post on a certain thread, and do not delete/close it, and the thread has a positive attitude, I think all mods need to agree to delete a thread. Ive noticed a few threads where 2-3 mods post and one mod comes in and deletes it when I see nothing wrong with the thread, even with the other mods previous posts

just for information purposes...a lot of times when this happens, the other mod/s are asked their opinion, and sometimes, believe it or not, it is just an oversight by the other mod that it wasnt closed, and should have been...sometimes that mod may not be aware of the rules, takes awhile to learn em all..it is very rare you will see a post closed by a mod when another mod has posted and not asked that other mod....

I love every1 but the people i know the best are skink and LIP id like to get to know more personally. Billionfold iv talked to a couple of times too. but maybe i can get to know yall a bit more :P
