Canna nutrient question

Hi all

I have bought some Canna Vega and Flores for my flood and drain setup.
I have applied the recommended amounts of A and B but i dont have the extra additives.
With this i added some Superdrive aswell.
The final ec reading according to Canna should have been 1.9 for rapid growth.
The ec reading i got was 1.0 with tap water already at 0.8 !
Here are the measurments i used.

60 litres tap water (EC 0.8)
140ml Vega A
140ml Vega B
120ml Superdrive
EC 1.0

I cant see with them nutes the EC rising just 0.2!!
Any advice or suggestions would be great.
