How much soda do you drink per day?

The only reason to drink soda is to fatten up- it is pure sugar, but it doesn't fill you up. Add up all the calories if you drink soda,you will be appalled! It is no surprize that so many people in American are obese. Myself, if I am going to pig out, it had better have some substance, like CAKE

I drink tons of water (this weed is making me thirsty!)

I drink a one liter of dr pepsi or sprite every day or two. Actually I think it's a 2 liter. I dunno it's the big one. Anyways I use to never drink soda but then I started drinking it like crazy. But I think energy drinks are better.

Why is soda bad again? I've heard this from a few people, but nobody can tell me why? If it's the caffine, there are caffine-free sodas. If it's the sugar, there are sugar-free sodas. If it's the artificial sweetner, there are sugar sweetened sodas. If it's the artificial coloring, there is lemon-lime-type sodas.

I drink about 3 sodas per day, 1 or 2 of them will have caffine, usually in the morning. Some days I will have perhaps 1, and others I will have maybe 6. Depends on what kind of pot hangover I have, how much sleep I got, how late I want to stay up, stuff like that. Mt. Dew perferably, maybe COLA. Who cares if it's Coke or Pepsi. I know they are different, but they are very similar.

It's interesting to me that anyone can fill their lungs with smoke 10, 20 or 50 times per day, or destroy their nerve receptors with cocaine, or their liver and heart with alcohol, then tell me I'm not taking care of my body by drinking soda. Very funny.

Oh, and remember too much caffine, perhaps coupled with stress and stuff, can be detrimental to your stomache lining. I got an ulcer about 25 years ago, stopped drinking caffien, and it went away.

i may drink one or two a month.definately prefer juice or water.it just sucks how hard it is to find juice that is 100% juice unless it is apple or orange
