Just watch for the hairs. They're not green, just white, and furry. I catch females in the real early flower stages when the hair coming out is about as thin as a strand of wire. It protrudes from little round looking pods. The male has pods that are more like a club(deck of cards), and they get MUCH bigger, and eventually open up, and then you have a bunch of bananas on strings hangin all over, shootin pollen all over your used-to-be virgin females.
