Can I just leave in rockwool when transplanting to soil?

Your hut looks really clean anyway; far more so than my cellar was at that time, lol!!!!
I think that in the future if I ever get plants that were cloned in rockwool, I'm going to do the following:
-chip off as much of the rockwool as possible without harming roots
-re-seat the plant so the rockwool block is almost completely sitting on TOP of the soil layer and can dry out between waterings
-take fresh clones and get them going as pure dirt mothers.
