ok, so i went to a feed store earlier, because petco, petsmart, etc didn't have it and told me to look there. i found a bottle of mange treatment. the label reads as follows:

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

Sulfur......25.0%
Phenol.....0.3%

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

Fumed Silica, an inert suspension agent in addition to Lanolin, Petrolatum, Kerosene, Lard.

Do not use on cats, young puppies or bitches with suckling pups.

I asked the guy at the feed store just how young of a puppy they were talking about. He said the puppy should be at least 2 months old. The thing is that I don't know how old the dog is because it was found wandering the streets. I don't even know how to tell how old he is. Secondly, containing sulfur and kerosene... that just seems a bit rough on ANY dog. What do you guys think?
