Salvia breakthrough?

So I want to know what the whol breakthrough thing is all about.

I've heard the term used before in regard to tripping while on Slavia but I'm not sure what its all about. I did some 5x salvia the other day and I got some subtle visuals that reminded me of mushrooms but that was it. I assume I can expect more but how much do I need to hit. Before I hit three maybe quarter filled bowls about 7-10 minutes apart from eachother. The feeling was unsatisfactory. How can I get a good trip off of this stuff.
