AHHHHH...Welcome to big business.... I do think 450K is a bit much, a general rule of thumb on business value is 2-3 times the yearly revenue plus physical assets. If Cannabis.com was grossing 90K a year when sold and had say maybe 20-30K in computer that could be 300k.


Say the site generates 70K a year in profits, 10 years you would have paid off a loan and have a few bucks in your pocket.......
