Problems
soil from outdoors generally contains pests that could irritate your plant later on in life. ideally you should use a inexpensive compost from your local garden center. mj does not like Muddy soil as it cuts of oxygen to the roots stunts growth and in some extreme cases the plant can drown.
Nutrients are generally needed as mj use a lot of them through its stages of growth. for example a lack of nitrogen will coarse the plants leaves to turn a light shade of yellow. Ul find a lot of people discourage the use of miracle grow on this site but others praise it. If your on tight budget miracle grow should do the job.
Tomthehippie Reviewed by Tomthehippie on . Problems So i just started some plants about 2 weeks ago theyve sprouted and ive put them in about a 4inch planter pot. I took some rich soil from outside ran it through a silk screen and thats what ive been using. The plants were looking healthy until i realized that there were no holes at the bottom of the pot. Ive since transferred the plants into a new pot with holes but the soil is looking kind of muddy and im afraid its not going to dry. Should the plants be ok? or should i even bother a transfer Rating: 5
