I usually let them soak a bit in the sink (room temperature) until they're quite soft, but not mush. Easy enough to bend. It's impossible not to break a few, but that's necessary, as you need something to stick them to. So take your broken bits and make a ball. Once you have that ball, bend your slivers around the ball until you have a few layers (this depends on how small you let your soap get before you stop using it) and then press it really tight. You don't have to put too much on, but personally I'd save enough to get a few layers. It's fun to look at when it's big...

Depending on the soap, it does crack up and some of the slivers fall off, but once you use it a few times, it just smooths out.

lol, Honestly never thought I'd be talking about this on my cannabis forum.

There's probably about a million ways to do it. The easiest would be just to let your soap soak, and then press it into another bar, or just stick them to a new bar, but I think a big ball looks better, lol.

P.S

I was just looking up some more methods of doing this, and I came across a site where someone suggested wrapping them around a bath ball. I don't use bath balls personally, so I don't know how well this would work, or if it would work at all, but I thought I'd throw it out there.
