Drug Induced Psychosis

Anyways, my question: is drug induced psychosis dangerous? If i continue to smoke regardless of my hallucinations will it be harmful to my brain, my mental state?

I don't always hallucinate its probably 1 in 10 times, either way i can enjoy both highs and would rather not stop smoking, but if i am endanger of developing a psychosis from this so called drug induced psychosis i will have to stop.
