Avoid aluminum, copper, and brass, and you should be good. Most of the pieces are made ffrom steel or alloy steel. Basically the same kind of metal that common metal smoking pipes found in headshops are made of.

An orange won't work. For one, you'll get yor hands all sticky, and an orange is about 80% water, so that will just cause a big mess.

oranges wont work lil homie. if i get stuck for some reason without a bowl or papes or blunt or whatever i make foil pipes. you take a pen, rap a square peice of foil (like a rolled u;p dollar bill) and bend one end upwards to make the bowl peice and thats that

Avoid PCP tube. It's white piping. The first time I made a bowl from a hardware store that's what I got. I had that and a screen that goes in a sink. And the mouthpeice was a grey peice that connects hoses or something.

Brass isn't too bad as long as you dont put the flame right on it. The only time I've seen smoke come off brass (and it was black smoke) was with a blow torch.

cause apples are firm and hold their shape. an orange would be a big mess. you can usually find rolling papers at grocery and convenience stores
