Hybrid cars dangerously quiet for pedestrians: US blind group
Hey!! Its just like those in cars that cant drive!! Riding on sidewalks is sometimes a life saving way to go,I mean there are sometimes that being on the sidewalk is the ONLY safe place for both bikes and peds.
