Kinda Odd

Last nite, while trying to write an organic chemistry prelab at my friend's house I smoked some pot. Well, I usually tend to get more fucked up off a bong rather than a ghetto-fabulous tin foil pipe or a joint (what my friend usually uses). I saw her packing a bowl and then followed her outside and we smoked. It hit me pretty hard and pretty much as soon as I got back inside her apartment. I sat down and tried to write some more. Well, she was moving around and doing various things and I was watching her. It was weird though, because I was watching her and listening to her talk to me but wouldn't become aware of what she was doing or saying to me until after it the deed was done and she had moved on to something else. Like, she checked her answering machine and then sat down at the computer, but it didn't register in my mind that she had checked her answering machine until she had already sat down (probably 2 minutes later). The first time I got REALLY really high I had something I think of as comic book frames, but these seemed a little different...maybe it could be because I was alone the first time and didn't have anything to pay attention to? Anyways, I thought I'd share and see if other people have experienced this! Kinda cool, but very hard to do chemistry in such a state! :stoned:
