Thank you guys for helping me out... all of you, seriously... helped me a lot.

I think i can deal with this a lot easier now.

I just have to earn my trust back, and make things right again.

There is no way i can change my mums mind, so i am just agreeing with her. There is nothing left to do except to do everything she says, put my social life in a bottle untill after school is finished () and focus on my studies and try to make her happy.... even if it makes me unhappy...very unhappy.

I seriously think i have matured considerably today....

Your mom is just like my dad. Just people you can't convince that there is nothing wrong with weed and they are too close minded and though they won't admit it, they are also scared to just try it to see how it is. Just don't worry about that anymore, everyone except for my peers look down on marijuana use and me, even though my mom is one of those people that use it she still acts like she just has a whole different thing going on. It's all BS. If I were you if I wanted to keep smoking, that's what I'd do.

Dont listen to her. Do everything like normal, and keep smoking. If she catches you again, tell her. She's your mother, yes, but that doesnt mean she can tell you what you can and cant do, especially when she doesnt know what shes talking about, and even more so when she wont even accept scientifically proven fact.

Mmmm yeah.... except my mum is a hypocrite who used to smoke weed untill she had me.

And i wish i could keep smoking, but i just cant. Im stuck at boarding school 99% of the time now, and when im here i cant smoke or keep weed in the school, i really cant afford to get suspended or expelled. My life would be ruined.

The only time i can smoke now is when i get to go to a friends place or a party once every 5 weeks. And most of the time i wont be able to smoke when i go out either.

Ah well.... nothing i can do about it except make things right.

It's her house and her rules, there's nothing i can do about that... and thats beside the point, i cant smoke, because im not allowed to come home anymore unless it's school holidays.

you really sound like you have a level head on your shoulders. Most people would be bitching, but you've really proved that you're above all that. Good job. Just try and use this negative situation to your advantage. Work really hard on school work, get a job, start a new hobby, or something else to keep you busy. It's only a year, and you have the rest of your life ahead of you to smoke.
