Some scales are sensitive to damage, so if you dropped the scale or something really heavy fell on the platform, that can set it out of wack and ruin it.

Sorry I can't help, but didn't your scale come with a manual? I know mine didn't so I had to figure it out on my own.
Nochowderforyou Reviewed by Nochowderforyou on . what the hell is wrong with my scale ok i own a us balance usn-300 and i dont know whats wrong with it. someone told me the batteries had to be changed and i did that but its still showing the same thing. i turn it on and it doesnt say anything except OUR2. it could be OVR2 or something but i dont know whats wrong with it and google didnt come up with anything, so i figure i could turn here and ask all the smart kids : ) so if anyone could help me out it would really be appreciate it and would save me $50-$75 and my bad Rating: 5
