just stick a lighter too it where the weed is. I usually only put 1 hit in @ a time. these are ok if you don't have a pipe or paper, but it doesn't taste as good.

follow mello's directions, that's the best way. although I usually just bust out the black ceramic instead of cutting the whole end off.

and save your lighter, use a candle.
