ibe thought of things to build for smoking and the art of marijuana-stuff itself. how would someone go by patenting an idea?

Or just have any new creative ideas to throw out there for everyone. For example, i want to turn my old piece of shit car into a 4 cylinder go kart that runs on ethanol/hydrogen. and it would be awesome if i documented it with pictures and instructions. all i need is a welder, some piping and a cheap pipe bender, the whole setup would be like $600 and then misc parts like Rating: 5
