Why not? Being high on any drug isnt illegal. It's only possesing and/ or selling them that is illegal. So if you've got nothing in the car to worry about, it'd be a hell of a laugh.

I dont get pulled over though, but if i did i'd want to be stoned.

ain't how it is around here.. you can be put in jail for being intoxicated on anything in public... or driving while under the influence of shit...

besides... those few seconds after you both pull over seem to last forever when you're stoned.. not to mention the paranioa goes through the roof...

Really, wow. It cant be like that in EVERY state though cos i saw an episode of cops the other week with some guy high on sniff and the cops said they couldnt arrest him because it wasnt illegal to be high, just to possess.

In England you can be high/stoned/pissed in public, as long as your not causing a neusance.
