"Mouth swab saliva drug tests prime detection range for THC is normally up to 24 hours, but detection up to 48 hours has been noted, so 72 hours should be considered quite safe. The best way to pass them is simply by abstinance from THC, but gargling often and well with Listerine mouthwash may help reduce the detection period slightly."
