plant as many seeds as possible. you must count on 50% being male so unless you got fem seeds if you plant 10 odds are you will get only 5 females, although that is not always the case, you could get all 10 females ....or all ten males or anything in between. if it's your 1st time you want as many plants as possible in your space just in case something happens to 1 or 2 you will still have more left. imo one of the biggest noob mistakes i see on this forum is people germing there seeds before they have set up there space and run the lights for a least 24hrs to monitor temps, rh, etc. then they post a thread about what to do with there seedlings until there light gets mailed or they get a fan at the store or some other task that should have been taken care of first. as one of the above posters already said just make sure you have a real good understanding of every aspect of growing before you get started. good luck
