Tobacco will do that to you bro. It's an unstoppable force of nasty yellow. I had yellow fingers when I smoked ciggs., and yes, it was quite gross.

The best way is to not use tobacco. For a non-smoker, I would smoking tobacco with cannabis to be very gross and harsh, so I'd just leave out the baccy.

If you must though, try some rubbing alcohol/isopropanol alcohol. It's that wonderful stuff some people use to clean resin from their pipes. Just take a towel, pour on some Iso, and clean the fingers that are yellow. It should get it right off in no time. Just wash your hands after doing it as it really dries out the skin.

I don't know about bleach. That stuff can burn your skin, so that's why I bathe in it.
