Good luck man. Past the 1st day or so, and you'll be fine. You'll find it's more a change of habbit than anything.

Quitting sucks
I'm a daily smoker for 6 months and im going to have to cut down because im getting sick alot and my lungs are probally really fucked up. I smoke alot for someone my age (16) even though I have plenty of friends who do it alot, just not as much as me. Try quitting tokin alone, i think im gonna do that for a month or so and see how that works out. Although, tommorrow might be a snow day so I may be blazing all day, good start

I was a daily smoker, but from time to time, I like to take a break for 5-7 days to clear my head. Too much tokin seperates me from reality after time, and being stoned all the time just isn't all that much fun.
If you're having problems sleeping, do something during the day that is exhausting, so when night time comes, you'll be good and worn out for bedtime.![]()

I am about due for a break as well. I've been smoking multiple times a day every day for a while now. I need to give my brain a rest. Hopefully Il be able to do it.

Ive found that too, if you always toke before bed (which helps you fall asleep fast) its hard to just go straight to bed
