Yup taxes piss me off!

I'v actually signed over 1 8th of my house to my gran (who live's with me) as an income tax dodge.

Did you know that as of april that if you have someone over the age of 18 living with you (regardless of whether or not they are family) the goverment will charge you income tax on rent even if your not getting any off said family of friend.
