I really think it depends on the person.

If you can blaze three times a day and still do everything you need/want to do, then that isn't excessive. But it goes both ways.

I'm trying to gauge my intake somewhat. I would say that I smoke about 7 grams or a quarter of an ounce each week. Is this average or heavy for a pot smoker? I don't know why I care. I think it's because I'm a big worrier about everything which may be why I turned to smoking weed in the first place, to relax and worry less. Thanks! Rating: 5
