    heating troubles???

    ok i am getting a a heating propagation mat off of ebay i hope this work or is cheaper else where

    i just bought a small heater from walmart hooked it in to a timer that all grower have laying around hoping something works the soil temp is 60f thats way to cold.. the seeds are under one cfl equal to a 75w light untell they sprout and start going then it goes under 2# cfl equal to 150w for each plant but seeds don't need strong light is that i always thought???:stoned:

    Some of those mats are sold seperatly from the thermostat. I see that 1 has a power cord and varies in temp range.That 1 will be fine for ya. All babies need to stay warm!

    Wrap a towel around the heating pad and set it on low/med.. Kinda of in between the 2.. Low is around 80-85 degrees and I set mine a bit closer to medium but not quite medium..If it's cold where you have them? Then use a timer where you won't forget you turned it up.And you will! Does that make sense? If you have a 10x20 tray with no holes of course,with the dome.It'll keep the humidity up where it should be.Glad you saved you about 50.00.
