Your body is going to think you're starving it, which means it's going to start hanging on to every calorie you put in it, instead of using them for fuel. You'll also lose muscle instead of fat. Try not to drop under the 1200 calorie mark when you diet. And lift weights. It's the fastest, most effective way of reshaping your body. A pound of muscle burns more calories than a pound of fat, even at rest. Putting on more lean muscle mass will raise your resting metabolic rate.
