I think it works a little different for everyone. Try differnt things, do what works. I think that its important to get the smoke deep into my lungs. So I hot heavy smoke then 'chase' with air to make sure it goes deep into my lungs rather then chill in my throat and not be used. Try different patterns and see what works. I have heard that holding gets you higher faster, some poeple do that when their low on weed... Try it and see for yourself. The most important thing is to keep on puffing no matter how you do it. I mean common is there really a wrong way to enjoy marijuana? )
