What I do is grab a bottle of water when i wake up and do jumping jacks while watching the tv in the morning(so about a half hour) that kick starts the whole metabolism.About 6 months ago I was up to 285lbs. I'm 6'4 and now im at 235-240.Oh yea, and what zimzum said eat about 4-5 small meals a day, it keeps your metabolism firing.

The problem is.. well.. honestly I used to be at ~167lbs or so, I'm 5'8", 17yo male. Currently, after the past 2-3 weeks of smoking nonstop, I've gone up to ~175lbs. This pisses me off and it can be terribly depressing if you don't know about that type of thing (burn in hell you metabolic machines!) My goal would be 160lbs flat.
