You get a water gain from the dehydration and then rehydration, this process causes your body to store more water so it doesn't risk dehydration. As hard as it is to stop yourself from MAD munchies, I will do it. The problem is.. well.. honestly I used to be at ~167lbs or so, I'm 5'8", 17yo male. Currently, after the past 2-3 weeks of smoking nonstop, I've gone up to ~175lbs. This pisses me off and it can be terribly depressing if you don't know about that type of thing (burn in hell you metabolic machines!) My goal would be 160lbs flat.
