Gree = Munchies = Weight gain. How to get rid of it?

You get a water gain from the dehydration and then rehydration, this process causes your body to store more water so it doesn't risk dehydration. This is all based on the fact that you noticed the gain in a single week. Had you gained this weight over a longer period of time then the losing process might take a little longer.
