if you get the really hard chunks that burn instead of melt, its best to put a little ball of it on top of a bowl of weed...then you light the resin ball, and get it going like a coal on a hookah, use it to light the rest of the weed and go fly on a magic carpet ride! weeeee

I have indetified two distinct types of resin and the preferred smoking method for each. A. Resin straight out of a pipe. This is usually tarry, gooey stuff, unless it is cold, but it will soften up quite nicely under a little heat. This stuff will get you much higher smoking it by knife hits. You don't have to worry about it melting down into your pipe and clogging, and it's a bit more economical. B. Resin that has Rating: 5

I think you guys should go do some more research because Hashish of good quality is an excellent high , the "soap" you refer to is something to avoid but don't confuse it with quality gear.

I have been tokin for 25 years so I'm not exactly new to the game.

your spot on Herba..solids as I've said in the past is man made same as tobacco although i would bet that tobacco would be less harmful I've heard that solids contain a high amount of prescription drugs..
