Thats the biggest load of crap i've ever heard. Your friend had to spend five years locked up just because the crackhead who jumped him happened to be black! Would the courts have preferred him to have sat there and taken a beating and not fought back, or defended himself? But he ends up in prison for it. Fucking stupid laws...
