    Hate Crimes Legislation Back

    there are already hate crime laws on the book, your acting like this is something new..... But the problem with the enforcement of the hate crimes law now is that is has primarily been only used against white defendents, only applied to minorities if the case gets lots of attention, such of the recent one where the black mob of teenage kids attacked the two white women over in California.
