Another example of overkill. People should not be jailed for words. If Blacks can call each other the N word and a white man gets jailed for it, that my friend is reverse discrimination and should be banned. If you listen to Rap, (I don't) the N word is used rampantly and to jail someone for using it is beyond ridiculous. A word is just a word!

NO SHIT DUDE! Did ya see who won the Grammy for best Rap artist.....check out some of the lyrics. If a word is wrong.........it should be wrong for ALL!

there are already hate crime laws on the book, your acting like this is something new..... But the problem with the enforcement of the hate crimes law now is that is has primarily been only used against white defendents, only applied to minorities if the case gets lots of attention, such of the recent one where the black mob of teenage kids attacked the two white women over in California.
