Anti Drug idiot on Tucker Carlson

I was searchin the web and came across this clip of Tucker Carlson's show on MSNBC in which a republican representative from indiana supports Bush in funding for new anti-drug ads.

He compares marijuana to cocaine and says that no marijuana user only smokes marijuana. He also says that marijuana contains up to 40% THC. I'm not sure but the highest THC content ive ever heard of is around 30% and thats dank nugget. This guy also says many people have died from marijuana and the most emergency room admissions are marijuana related meaning that people had marijuana in their system. What a dumbass.

i've read the highest was somewhere around 28%,
in general dankest pot seems to be right around 18, 20.

Hash can be up to 40% THC. It's very rare for herb to go over 25%.

Most "dank" strains are between 15 - 25% THC.
