Governemt can still cash in through taxing the stuff, but we all know that this is a cash business and no dealer i know will pay taxes if provided with opportunity.

No no no....only regulated business would be allowed to sell, much in the same way alcohol and tobacco are regulated now.

Admitted there is a black market for tobacco and alcohol, but its small fry in comparison to the revenue taken on regulated product.

This would put the dealers out of business. Why buy your grass from some shady dealer where you can't verify the source, the quality, the strength when you can pop into your local em.. 'erb shop and buy good clean potent mary jane?
