Plus, alot of meth ends up geting resold back on the street to anyone desperate enough to buy it, im sure the same could probably happen if safe heroin was being provided by the government. Junkies are watchged while they swallow the stuff undersupervision in some places but probably not all. If half of them get a chance they'll hold it in their mouth then spit it out and sell it.

Rastagal, did this addict die from taking a clinic's doseage, or did he take a load of methadone on his own steam in order to get high? The last time i was in London met a guy who had a whole bottle of methdone to supposedly last him the week. I could see how someone with that amount of methadone od-ing if they took too much by accident. I dont see how the state could be accountable in that situation.
