Its not that weed has to be heat activated, but the thc has to be extracted from the weed in order for our body to properly absorb the thc. the only way to extract the thc when you wanna make some ganja food is to use heat to extract it into fats. have you ever heard of a green dragon? take weed and soak it into some strong hard a like everclear for a few days and then filter out the liquid from the weed. If you drink the everclear, then you will get drunk and high. The thc wasnt heat activated, but extracted with alcohol.

I have a vaporizer and the air that passes through the weed gets to about 200 degrees or somewhere around there. Geez i ate a cookie about 2 1/2 hrs ago and im feelin shaky like cheeched said. The body high is kinda like shrooms. Its kinda trippy in a way. Damn im goin 2 get some munchies.
