Experienced growers.

I dont know if this is in the right place for this but i was just wondering if some of you more experienced growers could help me out here and tell me what your normal amount is that you harvest off one plant and wat strain and wat kind of light your using...i would aprreciate it alot...THANKS ALL:rasta:

I GET AN AVERAGE OF 1/4lb FROM 2 PLANTS EVERY 30 DAYS, USING 1000W HPS. I GROW DIFFERANT STRAINS. W.W., CAL BIG BUD, COTTONCANDY, SUPER SIVER HAZE, HOG.

THE COTTONCANDY GIVES ME THE BEST YEILD.

I wish i could have a setup that that could give me suck a good yield but right now al i have is cfl's and i dont get crap for yield but im upgrading to a 250 watt hps but i dont have a good grow room setup for it yet...how is urs setup?
