that thing for red wine is for 1 glass a day 2 if you are bigger fyi if it is more there are no benefits. that is what i learned at a seminar for underage drinking anyway so it could easily be a lie. my dad is a wino. really he goes through over a bottle a day many days over two. his trick is to have like a lot of bottles open at once so he doesnt actually throw that many away each day. but id say he drinks 6-12 glasses a day averaging around 8. hes a drunk

i myself hate the stuff and have only been drunk on it once and didnt notice any of the subtleties about it you are mentioning(ie the totally different buzz). but then again that is really the only time i have ever had more than a sip, because every time i have a sip, be it really really good wine or the shit from the box, i think it tastes like shit.

but seriouslyl enjoy. my mom and sister like wine and arent addicted to it so its all good.:hippy: :giveflower:
